Introduction
Welcome to Pyyo Tech ("we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://pyyotech.com), services, and products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Your continued use of our Services signifies your acceptance of both the Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Debit and Credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
- Billing: Payment is due at the time of purchase. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the full amount for the purchased products and any applicable fees.
- Failed Transactions: In the event of a failed transaction, the order may be canceled immediately. Customers will have the opportunity to resolve the payment issue before placing a new order, but the original order is subject to cancellation.
- Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order that we suspect to be fraudulent or placed in bad faith.
Delivery Policy
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times vary based on the chosen method and destination. Shipping times can be found during checkout.
- Shipping Area: We only ship within the United States at this time.
- Shipping Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
- Signature Required: For most orders we recommend reaching out to the carrier
to set up a required signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
- Risk of Loss: All shipments are FOB point of origin, and the risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Return and Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 45 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom-built PCs and special orders are non-returnable unless defective.
- Requirements: The buyer must submit evidence of the purchase date, company invoice number, and a description of goods, including serial and model numbers.
- Return Process: No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact our customer service at Contact@PYYOTECH.com to initiate a return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. All returns must be in resalable condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within up to 30 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. The PC box must remain unopened for a valid return, with the exception of a defective machine.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-built PCs and special orders are non-returnable unless defective.
Limited Warranty, Coverage, and Disclaimer
- Manufacturer's Warranty: Pyyo Tech does not offer its own warranty on individual components. All warranties are provided by the original manufacturers. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims with manufacturers when possible, but the responsibility for honoring warranty claims lies with the original component manufacturers.
- Non-Transferable: The warranty covers only the original purchaser and is not transferable. The warranty does not cover software, external devices, or parts added to the system after shipment from Pyyo Tech.
- Disclaimer: Except as expressly provided herein, Pyyo Tech disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Pyyo Tech will not be liable for any damage caused by external factors such as accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Customer Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order and to keep your account information up-to-date.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Services.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
- Data Backup: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personal data is backed up before returning any product to Pyyo Tech. Pyyo Tech is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.
- Return Shipping: We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered returns if the customer sends their machine or any product to an incorrect address.
Chargebacks and Disputes
- Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback, you agree to cooperate with us to resolve the issue. Chargebacks can take up to 90 days to process, depending on the payment method and bank involved. You may be required to provide documentation or evidence to support your claim. If a chargeback is found to be unwarranted, you may be responsible for any fees incurred during the dispute process.
- Informal Negotiations: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, we will attempt to resolve any disputes or claims through informal negotiations. You agree to contact us directly to discuss the issue and allow us a reasonable period to resolve it.
- Mediation: If informal negotiations are unsuccessful, any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through mediation in Renton, Washington, USA, governed by the laws of Washington State. Both parties will share the costs of mediation unless otherwise agreed. The mediation process will be conducted by a mutually agreed-upon neutral party, and the outcome will be binding on both parties.
Lost or Stolen Items
- Delivery Confirmation: Delivery confirmation will include a timestamp and geolocation (if available) as proof of delivery. This confirmation serves as verification that the item was delivered to the specified address.
- Customer Responsibility: If you suspect that your package may be at risk of being stolen before delivery, we recommend arranging for delivery to a secure location, such as a workplace, a trusted neighbor, or a secure parcel locker. You may also choose to require a signature upon delivery for added security.
- Reporting Lost or Stolen Items: If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, you must notify us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but please note that we are not liable for packages marked as delivered. Limitation of Liability
Pyyo Tech’s liability is limited to assisting in the repair or replacement of the defective product under the original manufacturer’s warranty, at its discretion. Pyyo Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business, even if Pyyo Tech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington. Any legal action arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington state.
Changes to Terms
Pyyo Tech reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
